Types of Solder Wire

1. Leaded Solder Wire (Sn–Pb)

Leaded solder wire is produced using high-purity virgin tin and lead alloys to ensure smooth melting, excellent wettability, and dependable solder joints.

Available Grades:

60/40 Sn/Pb, 63/37 Sn/Pb, 50/50 Sn/Pb, Customize Grade

Specifications:

Wire Diameter : 0.5 mm to 5 mm
Flux Content : 1.5% – 3%

Common Applications:

PCB assembly, electrical wiring, electronic components, general soldering work

2. Flux-Cored Solder Wire

This solder wire contains a precisely controlled flux core that improves wetting, reduces oxidation, and ensures clean and efficient soldering.

Flux Types Available:

Rosin-based flux, Urea-based flux, No-Clean flux

Wire Diameter : 0.5 mm to 5 mm
Flux Content : 1.5% – 3%

3. Solid Solder Wire (Non-Flux)
